Fatih Barcın is the managing partner of Tuncay&Barcın Law office. He has extensive experience in foreign investments and started to work as a lawyer in 2009. Barcın has been cited as one of the country’s leading practitioners in foreign investment. He represents financial institutions and corporate clients in a wide variety of matters. This are including mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, transactions, tax planning , commercial, civil, criminal and administrative litigation, debt recovery, labor law, citizenship Law , inheritance law, real estate law and competition law. He has also a large experience in migration law.

Fatih Barcın is graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Law. He has also made studies in the Europeens Law and German philology and at the same time studied mediation in Akdeniz Univercity therefore he is an expert mediator.
Barcın is a member of Antalya Bar Association since 2009.
He speaks Turkish, English ,German and Russian in advanced level.
